Yea, they have seen a huge increase in a more eurocentric group of advertisers. Also, using the CPA model has somewhat clouded the individual's ability to monetize them effectively. Instead of it being a simple "click" for the tweet, having to go a step further decreases the accomplishment of making any real money.

Yes, there are a few services you can use for this. The one listed here was very good when they first started, now though, they have started using a cpa and email model. And most twitterites wont click any ads that have "advertisement" in first word of text.
Yes I do agree with you .Most the users do not click on adds when they come to know that it is an add and so chances of earning from that decreases severely.
