Has this been your usual experience with customer service and those on the other side of the table. Don't get sent around the mulberry bush in circles. Grab that argument by the horns and pull with all you've got. stand up for a purpose. Your adversary has only point to make, and that is to prove you wrong or not having a valid idea. Valid ideas like most of your thoughts take time and reasons. Reasoning will make your argument gain weight and you will definitely come out the victor. And of course, do not forget the luggage or baggage associated with being a weak debater.
And remember, when your enemy goes "duh' or bumbles, jab him/her with your forefinger and say --Got ya!!
