Assisted small business customers with troubleshooting of Dell computers. Processed maintenance calls for dispatch of parts and activities of on-site repair technicians. Certified in Dell Latitude and Optiplex business systems for end user troubleshooting. Duties included operating system reinstalls, diagnosing spyware and virus intrusion. Ability to interact with customers to reach a solution to bring systems back to operational use after exhausting all possible troubleshooting techniques via the phone system. Transferred other Dell customers to proper ques for immediate assistance.
