Safety Of Bunk Beds And Small Children

My wife and I recently got rid of some really weak bunk beds that our daughters were in. These beds had been my son's and they really did a number on them. However the beds were still in good shape and the frames were still stable. In order to keep them stable I would tweak the bolts on them from time to time. Since my youngest son had a thing for climbing and jumping from them. Needless to say he was never injured again after we disassembled them after getting a larger room in a newer house.
