Videoconferencing for All
I spent alot of time during 2000 as a technician for a company that did IPO releases. My main function was to setup video conferencing systems for some really well-known companies during the internet boom. One of the major functions to apply to these activities is to broadcast speakers and presentations to many worldwide addressees rior to IPO launch. Of course most of the attendees that dialed in were venture capitalists looking to feed the need for investors to make a quick buck or alot of bucks. It was a really great opportunity for me to learn the ins and outs of high finance while also learning about hi-tech video conferencing systems.
