Employment (Off the Books)
Today was my second day of working “off the books” as they say. I didn’t feel too bad about the work, me and a couple cuties were doing. Evidently real people read craigslist.com for various jobs of all kinds, me included..lol. I took a stab at working for this guy for a few weeks so that I could save up some cash to go back to NYC and pick up my “stranded” wife and kids.
As of this writing I have a few dollars from the previous day’s work but would necessarily need more for food, lodging, and tolls for return trip “home”. BTW, we are still homeless, tomorrow I intend to hopefully put an end to that situation.
I’m praying the VA will help me get some form of affordable housing, so my kids can have a place of their own and not be terrorized by their own grandmother. Wish me luck,,,
